H-Sphere ControlPanel UNIX/Windows - The software is licensed at $4.50 per account ONE TIME FEE. There is an initial $95 setup fee to cover installation of the software. The setup fee is non refundable. The software can be purchased in packs of 100 accounts. Account can be defined as an instance of the plan. Once user signs up for the plan, a new account is created. One account regardless of its type (admin, reseller, user), requires one license. Once an account is deleted, the license gets released and can be taken by new accounts. It doen't account for ftp/telnet/pop3/mailboxes accounts. It is very rare that you would need more then one account per client - usually in the case, when customer wants to have both unix & windows hosting. At the same time customers can have as many ftp/mail accounts as they want too, without using up H-Sphere licenses. H-Sphere is a scalable multiserver web hosting solution. It has many advanced features and a sophisticated billing system to automate and improve your web hosting tasks. H-Sphere was designed to work on many servers and can be scaled by adding more web servers, mail servers, database servers, and DNS servers without any downtime. It provides a simple, easy-to-use web interface that can be maintained from any computer with internet connection. H-Sphere was written in Java and works with any SQL-compliant database. It runs only industry standard software.

Monitoring Services	Monthly	Setup
Basic Watch - This is a passive monitoring service that tests your ping port at 5-minute intervals. If this port does not respond, our monitoring service will notify you (optional) immediately via e-mail. If ping fails, our monitoring service will notify us and we will restart the server for you.	$0	$0
Gold Watch - As with the Basic Service, if ping fails, our monitoring service will notify us and we will restart the server. In addition, our Gold Service allows you to choose up to 6 ports to have monitored for a flat monthly fee. If any of these ports should fail, our monitoring service will notify you immediately via e-mail. You can then have our experienced technical staff carry out repairs by contacting us here. All prices are based on monthly billing (quarterly and annual discounts apply - 5% for 3-month period, 10% for 6-month, 20% for 24-month, 40% for 36-month, Lifetime for 48-month).
