The setup fee is non refundable. The software can be purchased in packs of 100 accounts. Account can be defined as an instance of the plan. Once user signs up for the plan, a new account is created. One account regardless of its type (admin, reseller, user), requires one license. Once an account is deleted, the license gets released and can be taken by new accounts. It doen't account for ftp/telnet/pop3/mailboxes accounts. It is very rare that you would need more then one account per client - usually in the case, when customer wants to have both unix & windows hosting. At the same time customers can have as many ftp/mail accounts as they want too, without using up H-Sphere licenses. H-Sphere is a scalable multiserver web hosting solution. Monitoring Services	Monthly	Setup
Basic Watch - This is a passive monitoring service that tests your ping port at 5-minute intervals. If this port does not respond, our monitoring service will notify you (optional) immediately via e-mail. Gold Watch - As with the Basic Service, if ping fails, our monitoring service will notify us and we will restart the server. In addition, our Gold Service allows you to choose up to 6 ports to have monitored for a flat monthly fee.
